Betting & Cricket Exchange Glossary
Plain-language definitions for betting, cricket markets, exchange terminology, bonuses, payments and account terms used on Bet Guide Pakistan.
This glossary explains recurring terms used across Bet Guide Pakistan. Definitions are educational and do not guarantee that every operator uses identical rules.
Back bet
A position supporting an outcome to happen. In an exchange-style market, a back price represents the price available for that position.
Lay bet
A position against an outcome. Liability can exceed the stake, so users should understand the maximum potential loss before confirming a lay position.
In-play or live betting
Markets available after an event has started. Prices and market status can change rapidly, and a market may be suspended while important play is resolved.
Wagering requirement
A condition requiring qualifying betting activity before bonus funds or related winnings can become withdrawable. Rules may also include minimum odds, excluded markets and expiry.
KYC
Know Your Customer checks used to verify identity or account information. Requirements vary by platform and transaction.
Cash-out
A feature that may allow a position to be settled before the underlying event finishes. Availability and the offered amount are not guaranteed.
APK
An Android application package. Users should obtain APK files only from a trusted official source and review installation permissions.
