App Testing & Research Process

Our reviews separate research from testing. Reading documentation is not the same as creating an account, installing an app or making a transaction, and the wording on the site should reflect that difference.

Desk research

Desk research covers official product pages, terms, help documentation, app listings, payment information, promotion rules and responsible-use controls. We record information that may need future rechecking.

Interface and mobile checks

When a public interface can be inspected, we assess navigation, readability, mobile layout, market organisation and the visibility of important rules. We do not claim deposit or withdrawal performance unless a real transaction was actually tested.

Hands-on testing

If hands-on testing is performed, the review should state what was tested, the device or access method where relevant, and the date. Results from one account should not be presented as guaranteed performance for every user.

No fabricated tests

We do not publish invented deposit speeds, withdrawal times, customer-service response times or screenshots. If a feature is known only from official documentation, we identify it as documented rather than personally verified.
